Optimization methods written as executable steps — no folklore tuning.
These four tools do different jobs: TUBA Tools is about seeing your hardware clearly, Dism++ and Win11Debloat are about stripping the system down, and Titanmax Toolbox combines system tuning with gaming enhancements (338 toggles). If you only want preinstalled apps and telemetry gone, the open-source Win11Debloat is enough; deep tuning plus in-game visuals, frame-rate readouts and latency work is what needs an all-in-one client.
Windows 11 stutter is usually not a lack of hardware power but three layers of default settings: virtualization-based security (VBS / HVCI), preinstalled apps and background services, and GPU plus input latency parameters. Working through them in this order gives the largest gain; steps 1, 3 and 4 partly require a reboot, and every step should be confirmed reversible before you start.
